The O.R.F. association, founded in 1990 by Martin Dickinger, Kriso Leinfellner and Heimo Wallner, organised intermedia symposia in the buildings of the Schwarzenberg’schen meierei in Schrattenberg, St. Lorenzen near Scheifling in Styria until 1998. Since 1999 the artists in residence programme HOTELPUPIK has been the main focus of O.R.F.'s activities [president since 1997: Uli Vonbank-Schedler]. From the various activities of the association, as well as through the contacts that result from the artists participating in the programme, a widespread network has developed over the years in which new projects and cooperations develop.
