Sarane Alexandrian (1927–2009) was a French philosopher, essayist, and art critic. From 1947, he worked as the last secretary of André Breton and became an essential figure of the surrealist current. In 1995 he founded the avant-garde journal Supérieur Inconnu [Unknown Superior].
