Teodor Stefan
Teodor Stefan (b. 1995) is a transdisciplinary visual artist, lecturer at the National University of Arts in Bucharest and certified restorer of cultural heritage accredited by the Ministry of Culture of Romania. His practice extends across multiple mediums, continuously exploring new visual strategies and experimental approaches to image-making. Between 2019 and 2022 he was active as an assistant professor, and since 2022 he has been responsible for courses in Color Theory, Easel Painting Techniques and Restoration within the Painting Department of UNArte. He is a member of several professional and creative organizations both in Europe and the United States, including the International Institute for Conservation (London), Letterform Archive (San Francisco), Center for Book Arts (New York) and the Union of Visual Artists (Bucharest). To date, he has participated in over 100 exhibitions, including 30 international ones and 5 solo shows. He is currently living and working in Bucharest.
