Anna Best has developed a live art practice based on collaboration with other people and an investigation into the local. Recent commissions include 'The Wedding Project' with Tate Modern and 'Mecca' at The State Bingo Hall with Camden Arts Centre. She has participated in a number of experimental artists' projects such as 'bcnsfld' at Beaconsfield in London and SQAL/LP [systems questioning art live/life projects] in Brighton. 'error 404', a web piece produced by e-2 with technical collaborator Pete Edwardes, was launched at the Lux in London and http://www.c-ship.org/
