Axel Seidelmann

Born 1954. Composer, ensemble director, and, as violinist and violist, performer in wellknown ensembles. Sine 1988 teacher of harmony and counterpoint at the Vienna University of Music and Performing Arts, founder of the field of study “Tonmeister” [“sound engineer and director of recording sessions”] Speaker at international conferences. Works: stage works, orchestral works, choral and chamber music as well as arrangements. Performances at home and abroad at well-known festivals, numerous prizes and composition commissions.
