Carla Rapoport is the Founder & CEO, Lumen Prize Exhibition

Following a career in financial journalism, Carla launched the international Lumen Prize Exhibition, the world's first competition and global tour for digitally-created fine art, in 2011.

The Lumen Prize receives key logistical support from Cardiff City Council and The Arts Council Wales as well as in-kind services from a wide range of partners including Orchard Media, Axiom HK, Chelsea College of Art and Design, New York Institute of Technology and Cardiff School of Art and Design.

The Lumen Prize Exhibition is a not-for-profit competition and global tour that celebrates the very best art created digitally. Our goal is to focus the world’s attention on this exciting genre of art through the selection of works from artists worldwide, chosen by our eminent panel of judges.

We are seeking the most compelling work of artists working with electronic devices such as smartphones, tablets, digital cameras, 3D printers, and computers with proprietary or open-source software or coding of their own design.
