Dokumentum: művészeti és társadalmi beszámoló [Document] was an avant-garde journal published by Lajos Kassák after his return to Budapest from exile, as a follow-up to Ma journal that ceased to exist in 1925. The journal presented constructivist ideology, and was unique in giving voice to emerging Hungarian surrealists in literature, like Andor Németh, Tibor Déry or Gyula Illyés. Dokumentum appeared in five issues between December 1926 and May 1927, afterwards it was followed by Munka [Work] journal (1928-39).
