Dragan received MFA from the San Francisco Art Institute in 2000, and BFA from the Academy of Fine Arts in Novi Sad in 1997, where he worked as Assistant Professor of Intermedia between 1997 and 1998.
In 1995, Dragan Miletic, Zoran Pantelić, Bojana Petrić, and Dragan Rakić (1957-2009) formed association Apsolutno in Vienna. Dragan worked with Apsolutno during the association’s key phase between 1995 and 2000.
Since 2000, Dragan Miletic works together with Synne Bull as a collaborative duo called Bull.Miletic.
