Jérôme Noetinger is an improviser and composer of electroacoustic music based in Rives, France. Born 1966 in Marseille. He followed his musical training in electroacoustic music under the direction of Xavier Garcia in Grenoble (France) from 1986 to 1988.

Noetinger founded Cellule D'Intervention Metamkine (Metamkine intervention cell) in 1987, with French cinematographer/performer Christophe Auger and Xavier Quérel. He also writes in the French magazine Revue Et Corrigee. He features on the album Secret Curve by Ron Anderson's PAK on John Zorn's Tzadik label.
