Jan-Kees van Kampen (adrian vacca), born in 1975 in Zetten/NL, studied dutch language and literature, philosophy at the University of Amsterdam and Music Technology at the Art School of [[Utrecht]], where he specialised in computer composition. He is currently active as a freelance composer and media artist/performer. Projects include pbup/public void, bl0b70b, your government, and work for the dutch Schreck ensemble. Member of [[goto10]].

Jan-Kees van Kampen (NL, 1975), studied computer composition at the Art, Media and Technology faculty of the Art School of Utrecht, and ArtScience at the Royal Conservatorium and Art School in Den Haag.

He is active as a media artist, performer and freelance composer. In 2015 his work took a sculptural turn with the materialisation of signals, in particular the modulation of water and light using sound waves, computer processes as well as signals from the human body.
