Katja Reichard is involved in running the thematic bookshop Pro qm in Berlin-Mitte and the Flittchen Bar and organizes projects. Being socialized through the Free Class at the Art College resulted in a working life in self-organized, collective project structures, in the form of exhibitions, events, publications, videos, bands or bars.

Central to the shop and project Pro qm, as well as other projects that Katja Reichard has been involved in, are critical questions in the context of urban production: in several years of operating the project space Klasse 2/ Schröderstrasse with an adjacent bar, which made possible feminist, economy-critical urban projects such as Common Spaces?Common Concerns, the organization of political activist projects such as the InnenStadtAktionen, all the way to music and band projects such as MicroStudio or Zigaretten Rauchen, but also in the organization of exhibition projects such as Baustop.Randstadt,- or Learning from*, all the way to projects in theater contexts, such as Falsches-Leben-Show, Rollende Road Show or Ersatzstadt. This life has been made possible for years through a job at a cinema box office, also very briefly through a job casting candidates for a TV prize show and today through projects..
