Kristína Országhová

Kristína Országhová is a PhD candidate in sociology in the Faculty of Social Studies at Charles University, Prague. She previously studied at the HKU University of the Arts in Utrecht and collaborated on many projects by BAK, basis voor actuele kunst. Between 2017 and 2019, she was the visual editor of the socio-cultural monthly, Kapitál. She has participated in several exhibition projects and lectures by the tranzit network. Her writing has been published in Czech and Slovak media focused on art and culture with a link to social affairs. She is currently studying sporting communities, with a focus on relationality, the development of alternative pedagogy, and interconnections between methods of sociological and artistic research.
