Ladislav (Mirvis) Mirvald is an unconventional master of unusual audio and video solutions, sound designer and creator of special recording technology. He is a consultant at the Institute of Musicology at the Faculty of Arts of the Masaryk University, the Brno Philharmonic and the Moravian Science Center Brno, where he also deals with room acoustics. His musical productions are the intersection of gallery installations, the philosophy of the Jack-Jack no-input aesthetics group and the free improvisations of the S.M.R.K. He collaborated with Petr Šprincl and Maria Hájková on the film trilogy Morava, krásná zem [Moravia, Beautiful Land]. (2020)
