(b. 1950) does not consider himself a computer composer, even though of late he has been working constantly with a computer. To a certain extent, his creative method is similar to Ulyanich's, but Sumera does not have any illusions about his compositions. He has written numerous works in traditional genres, including two ballets and three symphonies. He is a master at modifying sound for music in the cinema. He was the Minister of Culture of Estonia. His international fame gains him entry into the best studios of the world. He is probably one of the most knowledgeable people in Estonia about computer equipment, and, as a rule, all young Estonian computer composers learn from him.
