Lorna

Lorna was founded 14th of March 2002. Among founding members were Julie Coadou, Margrét Elísabet Ólafsdóttir, Ragnar Helgi Ólafsson and Haraldur Karlsson. Other active members include Skúlína Kjartansdóttir, Páll Thayer and Hlynur Helgason. Lorna’s first public event was held at Vesturport Theatre in Reykjavik on June 16th 2002. Lorna also took part in the M-Cult Nordic Media Culture Research Project, gathering information on Icelandic actors in the field of new media. Lorna is actively campaigning for the foundation of a media lab in Reykjavik.
