Lucia Rojas Egaña

Has worked as an independent artist and freelance activist. Most of her work is based on collaborative productions that question the construction of social imaginary in popular culture. She has developed many of her projects working with diverse collectives mainly of independent media as well as with marginal collectives such as prisoners, graffity artists, marginal groups of women and immigrants.

Since 2004 she is funding member of desBASURAment, an ongoing group project that work in diverse locations with waste, and since 2009, minipimer.tv, a video streaming collective based in Barcelona. Her work and videos has been presented in differents festival, galleries, museum and urban space in Chile, Uruguay, México, Spain, Italy, France, Finland, Norway and Germany.
