The PG studies programme is a lively hub consisting of teachers, students, alumni, friends, collegues and associates, and bringing together academic, creative and business communities in order to think about sustainable new media strategies.

The MA programme is based on expertise in media art and open source strategies. It focuses on shifting patterns in the creation and perception of new cultural techniques. Critical awareness of topical issues as well as a sound skills base in order to be creative in an independent way are supported in a peer-to-peer teaching environment including wiki, mailing lists, blogs, etc.

The programme is led by Professor Karel Dudesek and includes among its staff members Lisa Haskel, Fiona Hevey, Jamie King, Armin Medosch, Janthia Taylor, Neal White, Jim Wood. Ravensbourne pioneers open source methods and thinking in Higher Education in digital media in Britain.

All postgraduate programmes at Ravensbourne offer the opportunity to work in an interdisciplinary environment and use experimental facilities such as the XR-Lab and the Network Learning Lab.
