(b. 1951) is the author of the first computer composition in Estonia. Although he began working as an electronics specialist on the ANS, he never created a finished opus in the field of electronic music. He entered computer music from structural musicology. He thinks highly of using a speech synthesizer in computer music. His basic interests in the sphere of musicology are tonality, Estonian music of the 1960s and acoustics. In the field of traditional music, his most successful compositions are those with text.
