Born 1963 in Macedonia. Artist, curator. In 1991 graduated from the Faculty of the History of Art with Archeology, St. Cyril and Methodius University, Skopje. He was the Director of the Contemporary Art Center in Skopje from 1998-2002. The Centre incorporates the CIX Gallery where he curated 15-20 exhibitions annually.

He was the initiator and is Director of the Skopje Electronic Arts Fair, the first media art manifestation in the Balkans and curated SEAFair 2001 Society and Genomic Culture which investigated the new languages of international artists and theoreticians working in the fields of genetics and biotechnology. He is a member of the Cultural Diversity Committee of ISEA and co-ordinator of the Balkan Art Network, and president of the South East Europe Contemporary Art Network (SEECAN). He has built extremely valuable partnerships with artists and curators throughout the world and is the advocate for contemporary media art in the Balkans.

Curated numerous contemporary art projects and exhibitions, incl. "Icon on Silver" (CD ROM art, Soros Center for Contemporary Arts, Skopje, 1995), "Laika the True Story" (within the festival of web-design "Refresh", 1996), "Seeing the Sound" (within 20th century music festival "Synthesis", Youth Cultural Center, Skopje, 1997), "Artists & Refugees" (Museum of the City of Skopje, 1999), "VRML ART 2000" (together with K. Dudesek and K. R. Huffman, Monterey, California, 2000) and others. Organizer and curator of the annual electronic arts fair "SEAFair" (Museum of Contemporary Art, Skopje), one of the largest European forums, devoted to the new technologies art. The fair topics were "Altering Visions on the Net" (Internet art, 1997), "Communing" (V.R., www, CD-ROM art, 1998), "e-FUSION" (V.R.M.L art, 1999), "Society and Genomic Culture" (2001), "Cultural Transformation - Consciousness and New Technologies" (Sci-Art, 2003).
