Michael Prosniakov

Postgraduate study at Moscow Conservatory in 1991 (Prof. Yuri Holopov class). The subject of reasearch - New methods of composition in contemporary music. Since 1991 - participation of International New Music Workshops in Darmstadt as well as different international forums. Since 1990 he is working in Karlheinz Stockhousen archives. In 1991 founded the special Musical Center Stockhausen Institute. Institute archives include documentary regarding the life and creative work of Stockhausen, music, video, photographs, writings etc. The author of articles in LAUDAMUS, Moscow, 1994 and GUSTAV BOSSE Verlag, 1996. Teaching at Moscow Conservatory, providing lecture course "Karlheinz Stockhausen and New Music in XX Century: the problems and practice of contemporary composition".
