Born in [[Prague]] 1955, he graduated in Art History and Aesthetic at Charles University, 1980. Since the early 80's he's been involved in independent music, visual art, action art, and curatorial work. He is the initiator, researcher, co-producer and co-author of the interactive educational project ''Orbis Pictus Revised'' commisioned for ZKM Karlsruhe. Milos is founder of [[The Metamedia Center Project]] at the Plasy Monastery, initiator of [[The Hermit Foundation]], and curator at The Collection of The Modern and Contemporary Art National Gallery Prague.
