Born in [[Prague]] 1955, he graduated in Art History and Aesthetic at Charles University, 1980. Since the early 80's he's been involved in independent music, visual art, action art, and curatorial work. He held lectures about East European Art at Centrum voor Kunstgeschiedenis Amsterdam and was the founder and only employee of Oko Production, an exhibition space in [[Amsterdam]] 1991-1995. He is the initiator, researcher, co-producer and co-author of the interactive educational project ''Orbis Pictus Revised'' commisioned for [[ZKM]] Karlsruhe. Milos is founder of [[The Metamedia Center Project]] at the Plasy Monastery (1991), initiator of [[The Hermit Foundation]] (1991), and curator at The Collection of The Modern and Contemporary Art National Gallery Prague (1985-91). From [[2000]] to [[2004]] he ran the broadcasting project [[Radio Jeleni]], consequently co-founding [[Lemurie]] streaming project. He lectures in media art, contemporary art and communication studies at the Faculty of Fine Arts at the Technical University [[Brno]], and co-organises the course [http://intermedia.amu.cz Intermedia creativity and technologies] between AMU, VŠUP, ČVUT and AVU in [[Prague]]. In 2007, together with Roman Berka he founded [[Institute of Intermedia]], collaboration between AMU and ČVUT.
