Born 1955 in Prague. Lives in Prague and Krásná Hora. Graduated in Art History and Aesthetic at Charles University (1980). Since the early 80's he's been involved in independent music, visual art, action art, and curatorial work. He held lectures about East European Art at Centrum voor Kunstgeschiedenis Amsterdam and was the founder and only employee of Oko Production, an exhibition space in Amsterdam 1991-1995. He is the initiator, researcher, co-producer and co-author of the interactive educational project Orbis Pictus Revised commisioned for ZKM Karlsruhe. Milos is founder of Hermit - The Metamedia Center at the Plasy Monastery (1991), initiator of The Hermit Foundation (1991), and curator at The Collection of The Modern and Contemporary Art National Gallery Prague (1985-91). From 2000 to 2004 he ran the broadcasting project Radio Jeleni, consequently co-founding Lemurie streaming project. He lectures about media art, contemporary art and communication studies at the Faculty of Fine Arts at the Technical University Brno, and co-organises the course Intermedia creativity and technologies between AMU, VŠUP, ČVUT and AVU in Prague. In 2007, together with Roman Berka he founded Institute of Intermedia, collaboration between AMU and ČVUT. In addition he worked at LABoratory at the Center for Contemporary Art in Prague (1998-2004). Published in Dutch, German, Belgian, English, and Czech magazines since 1992.
