During the past ten years she worked in fields such as culture, media, democracy and minority rights in different non-governmental organizations: AltArt Foundation, Ethno-cultural Diversity Resource Center, Soros Foundation for an Open Society Romania. Her main area of interest is the role of culture for social transformation and urban development. She is director and cofounder of AltArt Foundation and Programme Director of the newly established Cluj Cultural Centre.
