Rena Tangens is cofounder of [[FoeBuD|FoeBuD e.V.]] and the [[BIONIC]] bbs and curator of the monthly culture & technology event ''Public Domain'' since 1987. Published with FoeBuD the first manual on PGP encryption in German language.
