Stefan Larsson, PhD in Sociology of Law, Master of Laws (LL.M) and Lic Tech (in Spatial Planning) holds a postdoc at the Department of Sociology of Law, Lund University and is Research Director at Lund University Internet Institute (LUii). In his PhD thesis, Metaphors and Norms – Understanding Copyright Law in a Digital Society, Stefan Larsson analyses copyright law in three steps; the legal norms, the social norms and the underlying conceptions in their metaphorical representation. He has published articles on The Path Dependence of European Copyright, metaphors in copyright law as well as an article in Policy & Internet on anonymization and encryption as consequences of the introduction of IPRED in Sweden, written together with Måns Svensson. In the field of spatial planning, he has written a licentiate dissertation on the Swedish 3G development and conducted a pilot study on the Swedish wind power regulation.
