Tereza Stejskalová is a curator and writer from Prague. She is part of tranzit.cz, an initiative of contemporary art, and lectures at the Film Academy of Performing Arts (FAMU) in Prague. Her curatorial projects are research-based and collaborative. Her recent endeavours include a long-term research on the cultural diplomacy and internationalism of Czechoslovakia in collaboration with Zbyněk Baladrán. She organized a six-month long seminar Feminist (Art) Institution at Tranzitdisplay, Prague in 2017, resulting in drafting code of practice by an alliance of eight institutions from Czech Republic and Slovakia. Together with Vít Havránek and Johana Hořejší, she is currently researching the possibility of establishing a biennale in Prague as a critical and self-critical institution. (2019)
