General concepts:

Not to be so modest to call an Art something that has no meaning, no craft, no other explanation that "it's just so cool to do it ...", still there is residual concept of creation and activities that have no scientific or practical explanation, but yet are interesting. Thou who shall practice Art, be more interested in knowledge than power, in beauty than wealth, live to create - Do What Thou Wilt.

Observe, think, combine, improve, publish, and do it again ... We don't break the locks to steal, but to get to information which should be free. We use wisdom, technology, nature, and universal gifts to create, not to destroy. We have ethics, and we apply them not only on access to computers. Mistrust authority - promote decentralization. Hackers should be judged by their acting, not bogus criteria such as degrees, age, race, or position.

The greatest wealth we have is knowledge. It defines us as conscious thinking entities. It stays after the end of our life, after we have left, unlike material things, and there is a chance that someone else will develop it further. Denying access to informations is the biggest mistake. Argument of serving user friendly simplified end solutions is arrogant: where is the guarantee of perfection without source? With access to source, as intricate and complicated it may be, there is still the possibility of discovering another approach, better solution, hidden motivations of the author, not even talking about keeping creator's credit's and links to further informations. Information should be available. Therefore, let's keep the sources open!
