Václav Magid (1979, Leningrad) is an artist, curator and writer based in Prague. He works as a researcher at Academic Research Centre of the Academy of Fine Arts, Prague (since 2006). He is editor-in-chief of the journal Sešit pro umění, teorii a příbuzné zóny [Notebook of Art, Theory and Related Zones] (since 2007) and a lecturer at the Faculty of Fine Arts, Brno University of Technology, Brno (since 2012). He was a member of the art group Rafani (2004-06).
