Born 1963. Died 1996. He was an Estonian composer who has developed on the crest of the new national-patriotic enthusiasm. He creates serious music, but his main interest is rock music. He uses the computer mainly as a means of accompanying his rock songs. He is also a great experimenter in the field of timbre and dynamics.
