Marika Konstantinidou is a visual artist born in Athens and raised between Athens, Paris and Chania, Crete. Her work touches upon issues of memory, materiality, transparency and the archive through the media of sculpture, painting, printing and performance.
As an independent curator and organizer she runs the curatorial platform Foreign Vessels since 2021, focusing on notions such as inbetweenness, hosting and carrying through interdisciplinary and contextual protocols. She has also curated exhibitions and other events and worked for various galleries and institutions in Greece and France. (2024)
