Ellen Johanne Røed is a visual artist and Vice-Chancellor, Professor of Film and Media at the Stockholm University of the Arts, where she leads the research project Image as Site. Her artistic research revolves around the moving image and manifests across various artistic disciplines (visual arts, music, theater, film, dance, media art), as she usually collaborates in different constellations.
