Moritz Grünke (1980) studied fine arts and graphics at Burg Giebichenstein University of Art and Design Halle (Germany) and did his degree in 2008. From 2008 he was part of the offspace dieschönestadt in Halle until it’s closing in 2012.

In 2007 he and Franziska Brandt found a small press for artzines and artists’ books named Gloria Glitzer. Moritz Grünke collects artists’ publications and attends with Gloria Glitzer at several art book festivals all over the world and founded artzines.net, a blog dedicated to self-publishing artists.

From 2012 on he and Franziska Brandt run We make it, a design and riso printing studio as well exhibition space based in Berlin. It also hosts the Herbarium Riso, a public library and archive on risograph printed matters.

From 2014 to 2022 he was a curating and co-organizer of MISS READ. Apart from that he developed various formats like the temporary radio station Miss Readio (together with Maja Milic and Reboot.fm) an the Offstage (together with Yaiza Camps) among others. (2025)
