Thomas Macho (*1952) is professor for cultural history at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, Institut für Kulturwissenschaft. He studied philosophy, musicology, and education. He was one of the co-founders of the Hermann von Helmholtz-Zentrum für Kulturtechnik.
