Barbara Könches (*1966) is a German author and curator.
She is, as of 2016, Head of Visual Arts at Kunststiftung NRW North Rhine-Westphalia, Düsseldorf.
Until 2006, she worked as a curator at the ZKM, and was the project manager of the series "The philosophy and the arts."
