The Practice to Policy (P2P) conference: Towards A European Media Culture was organised by the Virtueel Platform in De Balie Amsterdam and V2 Rotterdam on 29 October - 1 November 1997 and brought together expert practitioners and policy makers from across Europe to discuss the future of media-cultural policies.
