Born 1981. Studied philosophy and English and American studies in Masaryk University [[Brno]]. Collaborates with [[13m3]] initiative, which led in [[2006]] and [[2007]] to organisation of two-week long [[Summer Open Academy]], workshop-based event examining collaboration and experimentation between artistic, technical, media and humanistic fields. Magdaléna Kobzová (1981, Trenčín, Slovakia) works as an editor, writer and translator, as well as a cultural worker and organiser. She is interested in the contemporary philosophy and media theory, and this interest is reflected in her work as an editor of the 3/4 magazine and as a freelance translator. She co-organised a series of educational events called Summer Open Academy and was involved in the organisation of the Multiplace network festival. She studied philosophy, English and American studies at the Masaryk University in Brno. She holds a PhD from FAMU Prague with a thesis on tactical media. (2025)
