Florian Wüst (1970, Munich) is a Berlin based film curator, artist, publisher, and lecturer. He curates film programs for international art institutions, cinemas, and festivals. From 2016 to 2020, Wüst was the film and video curator of transmediale. For the Centro Internacional de Cultura Contemporánea Tabakalera in San Sebastián he curated two exhibitions: Zin Ex. From Abstraction to Algorithm (2020) and Zin Ex. Body and Architecture (2021). He has been working on urban history and development, which is, among other themes, part of the exhibition Today yet, tomorrow surely. Filmic Perspectives on Berlin Around 1990 at Museum Nikolaikirche, Berlin (2025/26). Wüst is co-founder of the Berlin Journals—On the History and Present State of the City, which address the social, cultural, and econimic changes in Berlin and other cities.
