Riga Centre for New Media Culture in Riga. Founded by E-lab, Locomotive film studio and Baltic Center for education and social development in 2000. Members and partners include: Svaigs99%, Bio.codes, Djs AG & Raitis, Varka Crew, F5, Open, Clausthome, Orbita, K@2.
Since 2000 organises Art and Communication festival. In 2004 hosted RAM5 workshop.
