Roar Sletteland was director of BEK, Bergen, from 2003 to 2007. He is producer and activist, mainly involved contemporary music, theatre and sound art. He is organising concerts, makes electronics for sound, robotics and instruments. Sletteland has been involved in numerous theatre productions, like Operasjon Almenrausch, Elephant Stories, Ressentiment, Straff and the Lohengrin opera and is active in Ny Musikk Bergen, [[1]], Avgarde and [[2]]
