Sunčica Ostoić (HR, 1976) is an independent researcher of art at the intersection of science, technology, and the body based in Zagreb. She graduated in Art history and Philosophy from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Zagreb, and holds a PhD in Arts and Media from the Faculty of Media and Communications, Belgrade (mentor prof dr Miodrag Šuvaković). In 2002 she co-founded and for many years led NGO KONTEJNER where she initiated and curated the internationally renowned art festivals Extravagant Bodies, Touch Me and Device_art. She is a guest lecturer and external collaborator at the Academy of Fine Arts, University of Zagreb. (2023)
