Zdeněk Plachý

For more then a decade was Zdeněk Plachý (9.12. 1961 in Kroměříž – 17.4.2018 in Brno)a member of non-commercial association Skleněná louka in Brno where he produced together with David Šubík many different international projects (“Palinckx in Residence”, “Brno Between Donnau and Rhein”, “Cycles of contemporary Austrian and German art”) and series of performances of Czech and internationaly acclaimed, mostly experimental musicians. In 2002 co-produced with Hans w. Koch opera project for the National Theatre Prague (Árie k nezaplacení – Unbezahlbare Arien). Since 2004 he directed summer open air concerts in North Moravia Beskydy (http://www.sepetna.cz). From September 2007 till July 2009 worked as the artistic vice-director of the Drama department of the National Theater Brno.
