Researcher in computational art and algorithmic aesthetic. Higher-ed lecturer and graphic designer.

Teacher of computer-aided art (Faculty of Information Technology Brno University of Technology, Theory of Interactive Media, Masaryk University).

Graduated in computer science Faculty of Informatics (Masaryk University in Brno, M.Sc 1998, Ph.D 2003). Co-founder of the Studio of Graphic Design & Multimedia (2002), editorial board member of IM6 magazine for electronic art and society (2004–2005).

Lecturer of computer-aided art (Faculty of Information Technology, since 2006; Theory of Interactive Media, since 2008).

Co-founder of cultural associations Napříč.cz (2007), Interier (2021). Accomodated four solo exhibitions and participated in almost twenty collective art shows, including Computer Graphics Re-Visited 2.0 (2018), Prototyp (2019, 2021) or Ars Electronica (2019, 2024). Curator of computer art exhibitions 01100100 (2019), TIM UP (2023), RE:GALERIE (2024).

Speaker at assorted art conferences, lately New Histories for New Media Art (2018) together with Barbara Büscher, Oliver Grau and Frieder Nake. Member of the International Association of Art (since 2006). Editorial board member of JOINME peer-reviewed journal on digital media culture theory & praxis (since 2017) with Denisa Kera, Barbara Büscher and Dušan Barok.
