She is a citizen of the transnationalrepublic.org

Holds a BA in Art History from the University of Belgrade, a diploma in Cultural and Gender Studies from AAOM, Belgrade and a diploma of the interdisciplinary postgraduate program Transit Spaces, Bauhaus, Dessau, Germany. She is an alumni of the Gwangju Biennale International Course for Curators. She is a PhD candidate in Art and Media Theory at the University of Arts, Belgrade, Serbia.

She has been curating projects and exhibitions in Serbia and abroad, among which: Mobile Studios; Becoming Minor:With or Without?; Offbeat: Look and See The Violence Against Women; Beyond Theory; Negotiating Places; Htmelles; Chain Reaction; Parallax: A View from a Different Angle; Cooperation, not Corporation; I Am What I Am. She curated the Serbian Pavilion at 52nd Venice Biennale and worked as a cutlural developer in Dubai, UAE. She is currently developing a project within the context of the Curatorial Intensive Course, ICI(Independent Curators International), NYC.


She is a recipient of the Lazar Trifunovic Award for Art Criticism (Belgrade) and the CEC ArtsLink Independent Projects Award (New York). She is a member of AICA(International Association of Art Critics), IKT(International association of curators of contemporary art) and SAR(Society for the Artistic Research).

Her curatorial practice complements the mainstream cultural production and produces alternative knowledge about social, political and aesthetic transformations. Her areas of interest include, amongst others, theoretical aspects of curating, curating as institutional critique, gender and post-colonial issues.
