Erik Hjalmar Josefssson started as a musician, then got involved in software patents as the president of the Foundation for Free Information Infrastructures Sweden, served a stint as the European representative of the Electronic Frontier Foundation, and is now advising the Greens/EFA group in the European Parliament on Internet Policy.
