Roar Sletteland is a producer and activist, mainly involved contemporary music, theatre and sound art. He is organising concerts, makes electronics for sound, robotics and instruments. Sletteland has been involved in numerous theatre productions, including Operasjon Almenrausch, Elephant Stories, Ressentiment, Straff and the Lohengrin opera, as well as collaborated on art projects, such as Kollisjonsindeks and Writings. He is active in nyMusikk Bergen, Borealis, Avgarde and Lydgalleriet. Between 2003 and 2007, he served as director of BEK. He lives in Bergen.
