Primary projects have included updating the Project Gutenberg collection, developing an infrastructure for distributed deep crawling of high-value/high-popularity domains, creating a proof of concept for personal digital archiving, and, most recently, extending Archive ingestion and distribution through the BitTorrent protocol.
In another life he is a field recordist and sound artist, He is best known for his composition, installation, and performance work as Quiet American, much of which can be found at http://quietamerican.org.
