Born 1974. Author and associate professor in the Department of Media, Culture, and Communication at New York University. He has a Bachelors Degree in Modern Culture and Media from Brown University (1996), and a Ph.D. in Literature from Duke University in 2001. Galloway's research interests include media theory and contemporary philosophy. Galloway is also a programmer and artist.
