Andrew Lison is an Andrew W. Mellon Graduate Fellow in Modern Culture and Media at Brown University. His work is situated around the intersection of technology, aesthetics, and politics, with an emphasis on digital media, popular music and subcultures, and avant-garde cinema. He co-edited a collected volume with Timothy S. Brown entitled The Global Sixties in Sound and Vision: Media, Counterculture, Revolt (forthcoming 2014).
