Dan Mircea Duţă (1967) studied at Bucharest universities, as well as at FAMU and Charles University in Prague. The span of the history of his professional endeavors is broad – he has worked in the arts (theater, television, film), culture, professional journalism and education, in both Romania and the Czech Republic. He currently serves as the director of the Romanian Cultural Centre in Prague and as a lecturer at the Philosophical Faculty at Charles University and at FAMU. He is involved in the organization of many cultural and educational programs.
